Once your books are in tip-top shape, we offer three different packages at a fixed monthly fee that will be Taylor’d according to your specific business needs. A fixed monthly fee means no surprise bills! This will allow you to plan and budget your monthly bookkeeping expenses accordingly. At month-end close or year-end close, Taylor CPA will also provide an overview briefing of your financial statements to help make the numbers relevant so you know where your business stands.

PHASE 2 - Discovery Phase:

If the Discovery call determines we are a good fit for each other, the next phase in our new relationship is the Discovery phase.  This is where we will complete a diagnostic assessment of your books and records to get a clearer picture of what the project will entail so we can formulate a plan for the next step in the process.  

PHASE 3 - Clean Up/Set Up:

In this phase, we will work with you to clean up issues identified in our diagnostic assessment or get you set-up in QuickBooks Online accounting software with the best plan that will be customized to your business needs.  

PHASE 4 - Monthly Maintenance:
